The computer worked great from the start. It looked nearly new and so far I've been extremely happy with this refurbished computer. I would highly recommend a refurbished computer from Best Buy. The price was excellent and so is the quality.

Can't afford the top of the line laptop. But this will do for my 10 year old daughter.

The laptop seems to be working fine. I am using it to display the screen on a large TV. I have an HDMI cable, and I had to get an HDMI to miniHDMI connector, and this laptop has a mini HDMI port. The camera works fine with Skype. The laptop connects to my wifi in the house, and that is working fine also.

Our daughter was happy to receive a new more powerful computer for her 18th birthday. I think this will take care of her as she enters college.

This computer had a look and feel of new. The performance is very good. A PC with SSD at this price is outstanding. Definitely recommend it.

There are only a few laptops there that has Windows 7 pre-installed and this one works fine. As much as I would want to upgrade to Win10, some of our devices still have no drivers for the new OS.

Bought this laptop for online college classes, there were a few blemishes but otherwise in great condition.

Buying refurbished items are hit or miss. Best buys refurbs, including this one, is a miss. Screen died the 2nd day I owned it. Returned it.

I needed a new fully functioning, small, fast, work laptop. I shopped around in store but I didn't want to pay the expensive prices for the solid state computers but knew I wanted solid state. Refurbished was the way to go. This laptop is just small enough for easy transport, very fast on start up, and great for my needs. I did have to wait for it to be shipped, but it arrived earlier than expected.
