Not a bad starter for my kid, store got it 3 days earlier than expected. Only downside I had to upgrade ram for what my son is going to use it for

After speaking with Customer Service for around 30 minutes after reading the reviews. The product is 100% misrepresented. You will receive a 3020-T refurbished dell if you purchase this product. Not the Cyber power pc in the picture or description.

I didnt recieve this product as pictured but a refurbed dell unit that was more of a workstatumion... mistakenly returned the product by shipping it back have yet to be refunded by this

Bought two of these for our transcription business. Our transcriptionists computers were getting a bit long in the tooth, and one of them experienced a motherboard failure, so we bought two of these. Great everyday workhorses.

'Very Satisfied' really glad I made the decision to do business with Best Buy, my new Dell computer is performing so well, I'm on it everyday without any disappointments whatsoever.

I was sent totally different Dell PC with very bad specifications. Now I am told that PC I ordered is out stock and BestBuy is unable to fulfill commitment they made when I purchased PC. Now I have to spend time in returning/refund. Very unhappy especially I unable to figure out if this is logistical issue or trick
