    Computer was returned, refund promised within 4 days, here a month later, nothing. Despite, numerous emails and phone calls. Still being charged for the Geek Squad, for a computer we don't have.

    For this product is has taken me over 3 weeks just to find a Ethernet cable cord, but it was worth the wait. This desktop has been an overall big upgrade toward my last dell desktop that couldn’t be turned on anymore. I will recommend this desktop to anyone that already has a Ethernet cable cord or a usb wireless adapter.
