Computer arrived on time. Setup went well-no problems. Has been working fine since then. Will be used for basic e-mail and Internet surfing. Much better than Windows Vista it replaced.

I was in need for a stationary PC to dedicate to office tasks. The refurbished Dell Optiplex 755 fit the bill. It arrived in near new condtion and has worked from the get-go. I feel pretty pleased to have saved the time and money purchasing this item from Best Buy.

Delivery was quick & packaged well. Easy start up directions. Was skeptical of a refurbished computer but am happy I made the purchase.

This desktop is worth purchasing and having as a side computer for use in bedroom or family room, particularly for streaming online apps, and it is pretty compact for saving space.

Received and started unit. The initial info on the machine had to be reset. The computer would not connect to the Internet. It took some work to get the machine useable.

Unfortunately it wasn't a gem but when buying refurbished you have to take your chances. The good thing is the warranty company sent me a prepaid slip to send back so hopefully I will be able to use when it returns. Will update at a later date. This doesn't deter me from buying a refurbished again.

changed the mouse sent with tower and it works much better.. have to think that it was a bum mouse

The computer arrived at store before scheduled delivery date. Everyone in store was courteous and professional. The computer was a great price and seems to work great.

This was very simple to setup. Just attach to a monitor, plug in and enter Microsoft key. That's it, and it is running perfectly! I had this for about a month now.

It's a great buy for the price! My kids love it! Lots of memory.

I purchased this as a second computer for my embroidery/sewing room. The first one I got wouldn't start because the internal battery was dead and an inaccessable boot device. I called the refurbish company a d , after waiting the obligatory 30 minutes, they sent a return label. Two weeks later I got the second one. It wouldn't even turn on. So I returned it and got a refund. Just a note, this had a 15 day return and I could not get cash back, only gift card.

Still getting use to Windows 10, but overall am very satisfied with the product

I love it. I have bought several TV;s from Best Buy & that's the only place I would buy from. Best Buy backs up everything they sell & in my book that's GREAT.

Yes it was inexpensive so I my expectations were low. This unit was refurbished and I had to hire a computer expert that had to load all my old files on this computer. The main problem was that we had reload windows (I may not be saying this correctly) but it took forever to redo this step on a computer that I should not have to.

My dad needed a new computer but he didn't need all the components so I picked this up for under $150 and it works just fine for his needs.
