Waste of time and money

It refuses to boot. Called Joy support and was told they could snail mail me an installation CD. Keyboard case was received broken. It’s all being returned.

Stay away from refurbished! Yoyos repair them

It's not the computer's fault. When the computer came it already had a fan error. I could not get into windows without hitting the F1 key. Don't they check them before shipping them out?? I was totally furious! On top of this, due to the "Chinah Virus" I couldn't take it to get checked, had to make appointment for following week. Never buy refurbished, always buy new!

DO NOT BUY!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this system for my brother who had a home invasion and all of his tools and electronics were stolen. The computer arrived in a timely manner but when my brother tried to boot it up he could not. He took it to his local Best Buy to find out that it did not have Windows 10 installed, which of course is the operating system. It took them more than 5 hours to install this system. When he picked it up they told him that they did not try to connect to the internet because of a Ransom virus threat. He took it home only to find out that he could not get on the internet because it was missing some kind of module. By this time it was obvious it had not been refurbished at all or even checked out before being shipped to him! A lot of valuable time wasted, travel back and forth to the store not to mention the frustration! He once again returned to Best Buy and ended up buying a brand new computer, a different brand, off of the shelf. You would think that they would have offered free soft ware or something for his inconvenience, but no. I just hope he has better luck with his new computer. Not happy with this transaction at all.
