Intermittent boot problem

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It bascially works good, but when starting a boot message appears at times. You then have to press F2 or F5 to start a check of the unit which can take much time. When speaking with the re-builder, I was promised a call from a tech within 2 hrs. That was some weeks ago so the problem still arises every now & then and one has to go thru the start of the memory check to get it to boot, but then works good.

Decent computer

Disappointed that the cd drive is loose and basically can't be closed shut or it just goes right into the chassis. I can fix but shouldn't have been sold like that refurbished or not.

Have as a gift and recipient is very satisfied. Spoke to geek squad in Millbury ma with a few questions on setup, etc. and they were extremely helpful and patient!

For basic computer stuff this is just fine .

Good as a second desktop
