Great PC, runs fast and smooth. Easy to setup and use.

First, let me thank Bestbuy and Joy Systems for a very fast shipping. It was not supposed to arrive until March 11th, but I got it one week in advance. Way to go you guys! I installed it and everything went very smooth. No problem at all with connecting it to all the computer components, and to our fax & copier/printer. It also comes with brand-new keyboard and mouse which are great bonuses! So far, this CPU is working great. Very well refurbished by Joy System. Now I know why they are a recognized and authorized refurbisher by tech companies!!

My dad does very little other than browse the web and check his email, but his computer had gotten so virus ridden and slow that he could not even do that. Bought this computer to replace his. It hooked right up to his existing monitor and other accessories and he is back online. Refurbished was a good option for him due to cost and he has not had any problems with it.

This PC was returned to Best Buy due to a defective hard drive. A new (not refurbished) Dell PC was purchased as a replacement.

No problems with delivery or the product. The hard drive was even bigger than advertised, so this was a great deal

Received this computer at the beginning of the week, Setup was quick and easy. The person who is using this computer loves to create her own graphics, I choose this computer for the specs it had so that it would keep up with her. The case came in scratched and dented, I still went thru the setup, and everything is working great, we have had no issues. For the money this is a great option!

I usually have luck with refurbished items but this computer was just a hack job. I took it to the closest Best Buy ( which was an hour away) and it was missing parts. So we decided to return it and get a brand new computer , don't waste time or money, spend the extra 100 and get a brand new,

I bought this computer as a much needed upgrade, right out of the box the performance was considerable. It handles multiple programs with ease and efficiency. The compact size of this unit is nothing short of spectacular (I know there are smaller units but this fits perfectly where I need it).The only complaint I have is that Wi-Fi is not built in but I run an Ethernet net cable so it is not an issue for me.

Good Computer, it does exactly what we need it to. Very quick setup and transfer of all data from old computer as well.

So far this has been an absolutely fantastic purchase! I've had it operational for about three months and it's been fast, responsive, easy to download new apps, and pretty much everything my old PC wasn't! Very pleased with this unit and would recommend it to anyone!

Received promptly on expected date. Start up, one hiccup, product support explained how to resolve took less than minute to resolve

overall does good job, except for making weird sound which is very annoying.

I bought this desktop with a bit of reservation, but I was pleasantly surprised at the capacity and quality of this item. Don't hesitate to purchase "refurbished" items. It's even backed up by a warranty. You can't go wrong...Thanks Best Buy!
