This computer was a good buy.

The first one I got the cd/dvd drive did not fit in place and the side of the computer would not close. I sent it back and got a refund. I ordered the same kind again and got a great computer. Everything works fine.

Great little computer

I purchased this for my parents and it’s so small which is what I love about it! I will say I was a bit disappointed that it wasn’t packaged into the original box but was in some heavy duty bubble wrap.

Bought for my 15 year old son for Christmas. Couldn't activate windows, but the company that refurbished it hooked me up with a new product code. Fast and snappy pc

Disappointing

I was surprised that this was not really being sold by Best Buy, but rather a re-seller. The re-sellers were, however , very friendly to work with, but I wasted a large amount of phone time trying to get the first two to work properly. I would NOT do this again.

I had emailed company for specific detail I needed. There was never a response and not happy with product. Poor followup and would be more cautious buying a refurbished computer without seeing the specs.

Amazing Tower!
