I bought this as a workstation computer for my office. Came with Windows 10 pro. Works great and have had NO ISSUES so far. I put in a graphics card to run 3 monitors and it runs all of our applications very smoothly. I like the smaller form factor, RAM and SSD drive make this a quick machine. Refurbished makes the price right. Definitely recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised when the computer arrived quicker than expected and packaged really well so it doesn't get damaged. I also heard other people say be careful buying refurbished computers because sometimes they arrive in worse condition than you would expect, but that wasn't the case with mine. It looks and performs like it's brand new. The side of the computer has a handle so you can easily pop the side cover off and I did that out of curiosity and noticed every component inside was brand new. I would recommend this computer to anyone looking for a low priced option.

Broke after 1 month of use. Just passed the warranty.

Unit arrived safely. There is a sign of use on the front plastic face but other than that, inside looked new (no old dust) and so is the back. Came with brand new but cheaply made keyboard and mouse. those do work for occasional use but any heavy users would want to invest in nice set of keyboards and mouse. Overall satisfied. no issues at all and it's been over a month since we got this I think.

Works great as expected as video conferencing computer for a conference room.

I returned this computer, because I was looking for something a little better to handel projects. It is a descent computer.

I'm giving this a 1 star rating because they didn't put a wireless internet connection in it. I will be using it for work but my router is on another floor. I would have preferred to pay the extra for it to come with one. I see now that it did state the internet connection was ethernet but i assumed it would gave a wireless connection like most everything does these days. So after having to wait on an adapter for the hdmi (because it didn't have the standard one) and now having to wait for a wireless internet adapter I have not been able to use it yet.

Keyboard leg one was broken otherwise great service

The computer works well. When I got it the power cord was bad, I had to use an old one.

Computer works great, no issues, easy set up. First time we have purchased refurbished, would do again.
