PC arrived in great shape, refurbished and provisioned by Joy Systems. Never heard of the company, but they packaged the PC well, and provided easy setup instructions. After connecting to the internet (via ethernet cable, as this model does not come with a built-in wifi card), had to download a bunch of Windows security updates, as expected, and now the PC is working great. If you aren't using this for intense gaming or heavy multitasking, this system should be great for your needs, and the solid state hard drive is wonderfully quiet.

Purchased as a birthday gift for my daughter who needed a better machine for Minecraft, Roblox and the like and didn't need a RGB-kitted out super-gaming rig. Out of the box it's handled all of the games she's thrown at it so far. Two stars off for Dell using a proprietary mobo/power supply combo that keeps me from being able to put a better video card in that I had laying around for her though. The PSU that came with it doesn't have any more power hookups than what's needed for the basic setup, and the Motherboard uses proprietary connectors that only appear on the stock PSU. Be wary.

After I plugged the power into the hard drive it worked great. Very scary when it said it had no hard drive when I first tried to boot it up. Runs very fast and seems great so far.

Great computer had no problems transferring from the old to the new.

This model is good so far, for about 2 days haha. I really like all of the 10 USB ports. This computer is great for personal use, but probably not for any high end games. JoySystems refurbished it and the setup was very simple and easy. Like the summary says, it is quite solid, weighing about 20 pounds. Finally, I like environmental certifications. Buying refurbished with these certifications can help our planet by reducing the demand for new units. Once downside is the price, but there is space for add-ons and upgrades.
