This tower turned out to be garbage. At just over the one-year mark, my computer consistently froze and crashed. I had two IT specialists look at the hard drive and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I now have to throw it away, and Best Buy acknowledged that if they can't fix it I'm stuck and have to buy a new one.
