I bought an HP laptop to replace it, but the HP crashed after 11 days and I sent it back. I wanted another laptop, but settled for this desk top instead. Price was an inducement. But now I also needed a monitor, key board & trackball too. They are all working well and so far, so good.

This computer handles all the tasks that I need with no problem. I will recommend this PC to anybody who needs a basic computer.

Defective OS on "Refurbished" Desktop

My attempt to resolve this online with Best Buy was frustrating to say the least. I ended up returning it.

What a joke. What's the point of trying to sell something that hasn't been inspected right. Never again. Bad
