Decent replacement computers for the office

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased 3 of these refurbished computers and they were all easy to set up and have been running perfectly fine for a month. The mouse was crushed with 2 of them and one keyboard had a stuck key so we ended up using our old mouse and keyboard for the setup. This is the only reason I did not rate them 5 stars.

Piece of junk

They did take it back of which I lost out on the Microsoft Windows Word and Excel program that I loaded on the computer Best Buy never offered a refund for that. They sold me a lousy computer. I bought a Microsoft program loaded it on their lousy computer and then come to find out it wasn't worth the receipt.I will never never never buy from Best Buy I think they should rename their company to Worst buy. Do not buy from Best Buy unless you enjoy losing money and being disappointed.

Good quality for the money

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Compared to what I replaced, my 8 year old computer. It is great. At $258 including tax, it's a great value. I went to Best Buy, at the store, these computers start at $600.

Dell- Refurbished Optiplex desktop- a great buy
