Was disappointed with the graphics card as it wouldn't support several of the games we bought. Partly my fault for not checking the specifications, so you live and learn. Works great for basic tasks and games that don't require much.

I had my doubts about purchasing a refurbished desktop but this is worth the price and is a steal. Works perfectly. Anyone who is looking for an office computer/for school can definitely purchase this.

Its suppose to have a one year warranty. However after talking to 3 different representatives. Looks like best buy just wants your money not your business. Do your self a favor and buy somewhere else.

Best Buy and also Dell are not standing good for the one year warranty, would not recommend buying this it you want to use the warranty for things that don't work.
