The computer is meeting my needs and the price was within my in the right category for me. The set-up was easy and I'm using it every day. As a refurbished computer, I'm happy to get six months of security added to the purchase. I hope this computer continues to perform well after its one month warranty.

My old computer died and I was looking for an economical replacement. This unit does so much more and cost me not a lot of money. Best of all it is guaranteed for a year and a half.

This is a lot older computer than I thought. it worked except for the key code that was given to me for the windows 7 version that was on the computer did not work, it was wrong key code. I ordered it online and spoke with Geek Squad, no help there they recommended that I take it into the store and let someone from Geek Squad look at it. they wanted to charge me $99 to install a program that I already purchased and should have already been on the computer. I told them no, I told them I didn't want it they,so they offered me an in-store credit. I purchased a computer from Best Buy of course I had to spend more money, in the process of all of this I found out that the computer really didn't come from Best Buy it came from some third party and they said that they were not responsible for what they did

Good deal for the price plus 18 month warranty if needed.

We have great respect for Dell products and are big fans. However, 2 weeks after buying this one, we had to return it to Best Buy because the motherboard was broken and unfixable. Other refurbished ones, may be just fine. We didn't want to take another chance.

This was purchased by my son. He's fairly satisfied with it. He did say he has issues accessing Facebook and receives a lot of notifications stating 'Server Issue'. Not sure if that has to do with the tower or not.

This Dell Optiplex is similar to one that I own and love, only it has a stronger CPU and larger HDD. Operating system is Win 7, also a plus.

We purchased the computer for our home office, to print word documents and pay bills online etc. also to store and print photos. It works well, was a great value for the money and we have no issues whatsoever so far. Very happy with our purchase.

The hard drive was bad in this computer when we got it. It was easier for us to just replace the hard drive than to ship it back for repairs. Now it is working fine.

The refurbished computer I received was old and slow. The motherboard and processor must have been left over from the 386 days :-( Given these are refurbished products you might get a relatively fast one; its probably just the luck of the draw. I returned the one I received and purchased a brand new one at the store. I bought it online but was able to return it to the store.

Was looking for newer computer with Windows 7 and this fit the bill. Took a little while to get but so far so good.

This is a refurbished computer and it seems to be working as a new one would.

Needed to replace my old XP machine. This Dell will keep me online for a few more years.

This refurb unit was a bit hard to get updated, (Win7 OS) but i think that was mostly Microsoft. I still think this one of the best OS’s still running, and 4 GB memory is enough for general software apps.

I read many reviews before I made my decision to purchase a refurbished desktop, I felt good about my decision. Product arrived to me broken, replacement also broken and not what I ordered. The shipping cases were in good condition which indicates that the products were sent out damaged. Very disappointed with products, service has been great, all agents very friendly but 12 days after product was received back to warehouse, I still have not been refunded.

Crashed after 6 months.... purchased it for kids to watch videos on. Video output stopped working and it never did run their games correctly

It was supposed to have win7 came with a trial of w10. Mother in law doe not want win 10. going to contact tomorrow.

Well its a refurb take your chances. I have bought 4 refurbs in the last month from BB and all were bad.
