no cd/dvd drive included,i wasn't happy about that

The programs in this computer are a lot of excess junk. The language is United States (UK). I had to download the English package to get my keyboard to work with the @ symbol. When running internet explorer, there are 7 additional internet explorer pages running in the background. There are also various other multiple programs running in the background that drag down the CPU availability and use up a lot of RAM. Most of these were installed by "Trusted Installer" whatever or whoever that is. It took me about 5 hours, as a former Dell employee, to clean out all the problems and get rid of "Trusted Installer" completely. I added two Malware/Spyware programs and they cleaned up over 300 miscellaneous files and were quarantined. Now it is running like a new computer SHOULD RUN. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. This is not a good "brand" for Best Buy to offer.

So far....so good. This computer runs fine for the average gamer. My 10 year old son uses it for all of his gaming fun and hasn't complained once. I haven't spent any time using it myself but if my kid is happy...it must be pretty decent.

It did not come with a product code therefore I cannot activate windows.

The computer runs great although it is a refurbished computer. The only thing about it is cosmetic. The cover for one of the drive bay is missing but otherwise it runs great.

Got this for an elderly couple. They have had nothing but trouble since we got it. They have had many problem with hooking it up. We got in touch with Microsoft, who took control of the computer an they said that it was basically a piece of junk.

When i first activated it, the updates never worked,even tho everything is set to automatic,It has never updated anything.It always has script errors and freezes,It is a big disappointment!

Purchased 2 for our office. Very reliable and efficient.

Received computer. Covered in dust, two usb drives didn't work and CD drive didn't recognize cd's. Power Supply whined incessantly! Called customer service (Not Best Buy), left many messages.Not one return call! Email got a better response. They paid for a return but as soon as I opened up the box and took out the keyboard, several keys fell out. They were broken. Quality control non-existent! Returned to Best Buy store with no issues. Avoid!

So far, no problems only been two weeks but really fast, quiet & lets me use Elements 7
