This is an LCD 24" monitor that is hdmi compatible. The color, brightness, and contrast are satisfactory. It is framed in a lovely composite frame, and is backed by the Dell short term memory loss warranty. I should get years of use out of it grinding through spreadsheets, reading e-mail and facebook.

I could not have asked for a better monitor of this size. I was quite surprised how much better this monitor is than my other ones. I am going to eventually replace all of my monitors with this one. What a bargain!

When my old monitor decided to not power up I went to the Best Buy website to do some shopping. This monitor was on sale and more than meets my needs. I have had it just over a month and I would recommend it.

A nice Dell 23" 16:9 Monitor for the price. Great for ordinary desktop use and would work fine for a lot of game applications. Relatively low power consumption and does not take up a lot of space on the desk.

This is a great monitor for the sales price I purchased it for. If you need to wall mount it or have a dual monitor stand like I do you can buy an adapter or you can open up the base like I did and re-drill holes. Only took me about 10 minutes to do and saved me $30 for the adapter.

Picked this up as a second display for my laptop am dead it's great. No issues with the screen or colors. No complaints either. Picked it up at a great price and I'd pick up another if I needed it.

I had originally purchased an Acer non-HD screen but was quite dissatisfied with the resolution. I am keeping it as a backup and using my Dell as my primary screen. The resolution is terrific.

It's a Dell IPS monitor. You have reliability and good image quality. It might be a little small for some for a 1080p monitor but if desk space is a premium then it's a good fit. I would recommend getting a 24 or 25" monitor for best fit between resolution and monitor size.

Can't beat the price. Good resolution, clear text minimal bleed. I had to upgrade my video card to experience the higher resolution. Stand adjusts well could use better cable management. With the thin outside frame center speaker blocks browser tabs, not the monitors fault.

I bought this monitor, because when I bought my pc it was recommended it to me at the time of purchase. Then three weeks later after I started using the monitor a green line poped up in the middle of the screen. I called Best Buy to asked about the return policy and they said unfortunately we can't help you because you are out of the 15 days return policy, so they had me calling the manufactured and I did. However the representative from the manufacture company (Dell) blamed the malfunction of the monitor to my new PC. I guess sometimes you just get a bad one.

I like the monitor a lot; but it doesn't play my iTunes TV shows that are in HD. There's some kind of copy-protection that prevents playback. I contacted both Apple and the Geek Squad and they each point the finger as to the reason at each other. I hope it gets fixed.

This was a gift for my son in college. He specifically wanted this monitor and is extremely pleased with its performance. (I purchased it on sale, and was very pleased with the lower price.)

It is definitely HD. Graphics are very clear. Salesman did not tell me I needed a DVI cable to go with the PC I bought. Monitor had both connections but PC only DVI which cost $25.00 more

Very light. I bought this to add to my existing monitor for extra workspace. I'm a dev and I'm need to have several windows open, so I bought this one. Color-wise, they're fine. Its lightly built, and can hang without any problem on my vesa monitor mount (with adapter).

What more could you ask for for a hundred dollars? I did get it during a 4-Hour flash sale for that price. When the brightness is turned up, however, I can see little wavy lines. This may be the cord or connection, and it's not very noticeable.Overall a solid 4 out of 5.

Wide enough, but not tall enough for Office use. Clear, with good color. But with Microsoft taking more real estate from the top of the screen with their ill-advised ribbon, monitors need to be taller to compensate.

The display is crisp and bright, with accurate color reproduction. I bought one for home and liked it so much I bought another for work. Excellent monitor, especially for the bargain price.

Working well for 10 months now. No issues, good clarity and personally found it useful rather than working on laptop. Should have bought earlier as I work on computer a lot.

Love it. I got 2 side by side. They are easy on the eyes and great resolution. Everything is crisp and bright. Glad I got 2 matching ones.
