I bought the open box it was missing the VGA cable

Good monitor but important to shop around. I did find other "better" deals after purchase. But the product itself is not bad at all, but for online gaming purpose, I would not use this monitor but to spend extra $$ to get better quality.

Size is OK, but can not adjust the screen height, this made my head and neck a bit of stiffness and not easy to sit for long time such as more than one hour. I suggest the screen holder need to change to easy to adjust the height.

THe ergonomics do not allow the monitor to go up/down, or tilt. It flashes lettering the mode it is in which is distracting.

It will due the job as a basic monitor, but it doesn't come with all the necessary cables, i.e cable for the graphics card in a gaming computer, for instance. The cable will cost you an extra 10$

In the year 2016, no monitor should cost more than $100 and not have HDMI ports. The monitor comes with a VGA cable, but my computer doesn't have VGA ports. A little outdated and overpriced.

I was very satisfied with this monitor until I saw a faint line from time to time. I never dropped it or anything since it has always been on my desk. Still mostly, it works fine.

Disappointed Dell has chosen to limit the monitor mounting options by making the hardware connection proprietary. Universal hook ups are more user friendly.

Love the way the case looks on this monitor. Very sleek looking. It was good until it just died a month later.

For the sale price of this monitor you can not go wrong. Prices are way to high on electronics so you have to buy it when it is on sale.

Did the job, has nice narrow bezels. Seemed pretty cheaply made and the stand was too huge for this small of a monitor.

I bought 6 of these monitors this month and 2 of them had stuck pixels and I was refused an exchange after 20 days

Picture quality is mediocre at best. Also, the quality control is pretty bad. We bought several of these to use for dual-monitor workstations and the height of them vary from unit to unit. The height is not adjustable, so it is very annoying. They feel very cheap. They were inexpensive, so we didn't expect the greatest, but these fell short our expectations.

only issue is you can't adjust the height, just tilt option, rest is fine.

I bought this and returned it for a better model for a little more money

Keep in mind that the 23 inch screen is a diagonal measurement.

I would recommend this to a friend. I am happy with them

Installation instructions leave something to be desired.
