It's not hard on the eyes and after a whole year of use, I wish I would have gotten 2 instead of one. I got it at a deal too, brand new for 50% off. Saw it in stores and with that deal, I had to have it.

Second monitor

I have a Dell monitor and this monitor was perfect for my needs. I hooked it up changed a few settings a I was good to go. Best Buy had it in stock so I ordered online and picked it up later in the day. The price was right also. Yhe monitor has a crisp sharp picture.

They have both a vga and hdmi port. They work with any different laptop as long as they have the correct vga or hdmi port. you can also buy an adapter such as display port to hdmi to make it work as well.

Great all around budget priced

Lots of features - IPS screen, almost no bezel (great for multi-monitor setups) and nice metal stand. No height adjustment or VESA mount capability, but those are features typically found on more expensive monitors costing 35% more from Dell. I find the feature trade-off to be fair for the price.

Images are sharp and clear - one thing to keep in mind is that the screen is a glossy finish (instead of matte), so it may cause some reflection issues depending on the placement. Overall, very pleased.

I purchased this Dell monitor to make it easier to work from home. Even though it doesn't have built in speakers, that is not a problem for me since I just connect my computer to my JBL bluetooth speaker. No need for extra cables being in the way.

Great Monitor for work at home

I had one from work, but it was old. This one is a 23" screen, 2 inches larger than my work monitor. It is clear, and bright. It took a little setup with my Windows 10 PC, but its works great now. Since I need two monitors, I bought a second one as well.
