Stand is easy to setup and have had no issues with display. While I haven’t fully vested the instructions, it seems the monitor tilts slightly downward which could be issues for others. Only on a few occasions have I had issues with laptop monitor graphics extending to the monitor but usually this is resolved by unplugging monitor, restarting laptop, and plugging in the monitor.
