I was worried about playing on a curved screen. I am glad I made this purchase. For the quality and price, it can not be beat. Love it

Gorgeous display and solid build. Easy to put together and the stand is sturdy yet versatile. After playing for a few days your eyes get accustomed to the curve and it's as if it's not even there. Unfortunately, what keeps me from giving this 5 stars is that the monitor does not have built in speakers, and after plugging in a strong speaker I found the monitor does not allow the use of full volume even once both settings are put to 100%, I was told by Dell customer support that this is a hardware limitation. I have read multiple reviews stating that this monitor often comes out of box with deal pixels, I can confirm this is true, I have a dead pixel center screen where most aim reticles end up during gameplay. Lastly, the menu/settings is super awkward and difficult to navigate. If you strictly use headphones and don't end up with dead pixels I can easily see someone giving this 5 stars.

Let me start off by saying that you won't be disappointed by this monitor once you properly configure it. Thankfully there are many helpful tools to achieve this. The first two things I recommend doing is downloading a pre-set calibration setting and getting ahold of the CRU program. The latter is important for any flickering problems you may encounter. The idea is to not allow the refresh rate to drop below 80 while freesync is on. If you have an Nvidia card you won't have any trouble using this monitor with G-Sync. If you feel this monitor may be too big, don't worry because the curve will give you more than enough of a solid viewing angle for full frame viewing. You'll definitely enjoy gaming and streaming content at 1440p with solid response time to boot. HDR can take some time to configure, but honestly you can do without it. That about sums it up. Definitely consider purchasing this monitor if you are on a budget, especially if you can get it on sale. The cost to performance ratio made this a definite buy for me.

I'm absolutely in awe of this monitor. The description says it only goes up to 1440p but that isn't true. Dell released different panels with this monitor around the middle of 2020 so it actually can run up to 4k at 60hz. Viewing angles are not great from the side (because its a tn and curved) but from the front you really do feel more immersed in games or whatever it is you're doing. It feels premium and even though in my opinion it is worth full price you can usually find it on sale for around $320 to $350.

This may not be the best "GAMING" monitor, but coming from a 1080p 24" Gsync 144hz TN Panel, this is an amazing upgrade in every way. The colors are very accurate, and even though it's not listed as "GSYNC Compatible", it still works perfectly with a Nvidia Gsync with no problem, even with HDR enabled. I was originally skeptical about having a curved monitor, especially since I'm using a dual monitor arm, but it's easy to mount and get used to. Definitely a great value at around $360 and a good upgrade if you're coming from 1080p.

I bought this monitor about a month ago and it has great. The color and high refresh rate make it great for gaming.
Bought two. Mostly for my 100% work from home job, but I also occasionally game on them. They are beautiful and the size is a game changer in terms of productivity. I work in finance and have a lot of programs, excel sheets, conference calls running at one time. I can easily snap 4 different applications up at one time and multi-task wonderfully, or view a ridiculous amount of excel data at one time. Would highly recommend to anyone in a WFH covid world.

Very happy with this monitor. Picture quality is great, 165hz 1440p looks incredible during gaming. I shopped around a while and found this to be the best value for the money for these specs. I saw a few reviews note some motion blur at 165hz, which I haven't seen at all. I did adjust the out of the box sharpness but that's all I've had to do. Note- First one I got arrived with a dead pixel, was able to return it to my local bestbuy for a new one with no issues. New one hasn't had any issues.

Beautiful display! Curve does not require a lot of getting used to. Easy setup and install. Extra refresh rate using display port is a plus. I made some slight changes to the setup up and inadvertently changed the refresh rate to the 60's. I thought my video card was having problems until I noticed the refresh rate. Switching it back to the higher setting was extremely noticeable. Good monitor and a great value!

My son was begging me for a gaming monitor and I was so hesitant since we just purchased an expensive laptop for him. Finally I gave in and after doing a lot of research on what specifications to look for in a good gaming monitor (i.e. Refresh rate/Hz) I landed on this one and so glad I did. The least hz for a good gaming experience should be at least 120hz and this one offers 165hz! This monitor also has an awesome resolution of 2560 x 1440. My son can't stop raving about the quality. He loves it!

This monitor has been awesome since I bought it. The refresh rate is great with Freesync and it's massive compared to my old one.

I personally love this monitor! I will admit it ended up being a little bigger than I realized, but I have grown to love the size of it. The curve is nice for emersion and mellow enough to not cause issues when I am doing school work or other productive things when I am not gaming. It does however require a pretty decent graphics card if you are wanting to play newer games at higher framerate since it is a 1440p resolution monitor, so keep that in mind.

I got this monitor because there really weren't many options during the crisis, but it was definitely a great buy! Dell monitors don't usually disappoint and this one certainly hasn't! The 165hz refresh rate has been wonderful, as has the overall build quality and performance of the screen. I would say I'm not the hugest fan of curved screens but it's also not as bad as I thought it would be. If you are looking at this screen as your "short list" then I'd say you can't go wrong with it.

Decided to get a new monitor because my MSI Curved one picture quality wasn't the best in terms of colors. Right out of the box, the colors on this monitor pop, but with some minor calibration the picture gets even better! This monitor looks big and with 165hz, this monitor is so smooth for gaming. Side not, this doesn't say it's G Sync compatible, but it works with G Sync on my RTX 2080 S. No backlight bleed on the monitor I got, but of course this could vary per monitor.
