This is my first IPS monitor and the colors are definitely more vivid compared to TN panel. TN panels are dead to me at this point. IPS at 4ms compared to 1ms makes no difference to me, but to others it may be a deal breaker. Although this monitor is 8ms, I personally have no issues paired with my MSI GTX 980. For under $200, this was a no-brainer while I wait for my 3440x1440 monitor to be born:) This monitor comes calibrated and the colors are very accurate. The only issue with my model is that when looking around the internet, the whites are not as white as I was expecting the the matte finish is slightly grainy.

I just gave this to a user who wanted two monitors and their other monitor was a nice Samsung LED monitor. The difference was so jarring I'm buying him another one of these monitors because it hurts his eyes to go between the two. Keep in mind that this monitor is an IPS display so you can watch video with great quality and overall it seems much easier on the eyes. Lots of ports on the back (display port and mini-display port and plenty of HDMI ports) but oddly, it is a little clumsy if you have multiple computers connected to the monitor and you want to switch between them. Other than that, a truly beautiful monitor.

Dell monitors are generally excellent, and this one is no exception. Great viewing angles, razor-thin bezel, and wonderful height/angle flexibility. Not much more to say — this is a no-brainer.

I absolutely love this monitor. The image is clear and bright. Also, the added fact that it not only has a DisplayPort input, it also has an output that will allow you to connect two of these in a daisy chain, if your computer is properly equipped.

Fantastic refresh rate and a good price - you can't beat that!

I have two of these attached to my surface pro 3 docking station to give me a total of three screens. they work great and are a great addition to my surface.

I purchased this on the deal of the day. It might be worth what I purchased it for. Now that I compared it to a regular ViewSonic LED monitor, The Viewsonic is much better. Brighter and the whites are brilliant white compared to the Dell. All colors on the Viewsonic are much more clear and crisp. This is my last Dell. I have 2 at work too and see the same dull whites. Not worth it even on the deal of the day price.

I bought this as a second monitor for my Dell Inspiron desktop. It works great. haven't had any issues with it. Good imaging, but I am just using it for normal internet use and TV watching while I do homework.

Went from a 1600 x 900 20" monitor to this and there was a noticeable difference. Great buy!
