Received a "Display unit"!!

The unit clearly says "Sample Not for Sale" on it. I expect more out of Best Buy...

Worse experience I've had with buying online
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Order it and received the product great! Opened package and what it's a sample product that says "Not for Sale". Considering I bought what said "new!!!" I was little upset. I have an older visor that still works, but has a few scratches on lens due to me wearing glasses. It still works now. Well so not only did I get a sample, BUT it doesn't even WORK! Called Best Buy for help. Talked to about 5 different people all that said "let me send you to someone else". Basically pass the buck! After awhile said "forget this and called local store". Finally someone I can understand and was helpful. His name was Keith. I now have to drive to store and exchange. My wife is heading there now. I pray this will be done shortly! I've ordered ton of products online and this is a first. I don't even know if what they did is legal? I update what happens!!!!! BTW I'm a respiratory therapist and this is how I relax. They really should be ashamed of themselves!

You have got to be kidding me...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Paid extra for expedited shipping, super excited about it showing up, I get home and rip the thing open, AND ITS A PLASTIC EMPTY DEMO UNIT!!!!! Then I look at the reviews and apparently its happened to 3 other people!!! Unacceptable you guys. QC got messed up real bad on this one. And of course my local BB has literally no other vr headsets in stock so now im just stuck having to go return and go home empty handed.

Sold a demo shell

If i did this to someone it would be reported as a crime. When I called up BestBuy to have this issue resolved the woman I spoke with put me on hold and then hung up on me. I'll never support this company again.

Dell - Visor Virtually Reality Headset

Pretty Good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Its a great 1st generation headset! The only struggles I have with it are 1st, the blur on the outside. I flick my eyes back and forth to look at things, but since the periphery is always blurry, I had to turn my head to look at every individual thing. 2nd, reading fine print. No matter the adjustments, the resolution isn't high enough to read small print.
I would recommend this to a friend
