Recently upgraded to this laptop with 4x the power of my old one and there's 110% a difference. This laptop can run multiple programs with heavy resource needs and has no difficulties running everything smoothly. I've run Skyrim: The Elder Scrolls and Google Chrome with multiple tabs open at the same time and there were no issues of lag whatsoever. The touchscreen comes in handy quite a bit, as well as the backlight on the keyboard. It's a great laptop for anyone who needs one that can handle a high workload.

Light weight, loaded with more apps than I can imagine using. I can receive email from all accounts but haven't yet figured out how to stop it's cutting edge security from blocking me from sending them. Beautiful display, quick response. Maybe more than I can handle ... tech-wise.

This is a fantastic machine with a lot of horsepower. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it's a bit bigger than some and it makes me not want to carry it all the time. Once I get it out to use it, I have no complaints whatsoever about this machine.

I bought this for Christmas for my son who was going away to school and he did research which said this was the best. It really is however it is very expensive and Best Buy would not price match Costco

Excellent display and blazing fast processing speed. As noted by other reviews, the camera location is slightly awkward. A very viable alternative to MacBook if you are more into the Windows ecosystem.

Bought this for my daughter for college. It is extremely light and very quick. Hasn't stuttered at all. Very quick and beautiful screen.

... so I don't feel as though I'm missing anything by not waiting for the S8. The update to Android 7.0 came through within the first three weeks. I like the battery life. The screen is great. And the extras that came along with the device (wireless charger, power pack) are genuinely useful.

Brilliant screen and pretty good battery life even with the touch-screen and i7 processor. Keyboard is also a delight to use with good back-lit. No issue running any programs. Laptop can be a little bit hot at times but quieter than the MacBook Pro.

I will premise with I have always been a mac person, since I was 17. I was really torn about switching to a Windows computer, but this computer has completely reaffirmed Windows Computers. I maxed out the specs for my computer, so the computer runs flawlessly. For anyone thinking of purchasing a computer, look no further than the XPS 13.

Read plenty of great reviews for this laptop, but would not recommend it in this configuration. The battery life suffers greatly from the high processing power, and it gets very hot. The keyboard is absolutely terrible for a premium laptop. I have a $200 10-inch Asus Chromebook with a far more premium-feeling, comfortable keyboard, not to mention better tactile feedback. The screen is gorgeous, but too small to really enjoy any kind of gaming. I loaded overwatch as the specifications should be able to handle it fine, but there is a glitch making the overwatch menu extremely difficult to navigate when played on this laptop model. It took me 10 or 20 minutes just to find a workaround to start playing. When I did, it was not nearly as fun on the small screen, plus the keyboard was obviously not designed for gaming. If you are okay with the awful keyboard, I would recommend going for the matte screen core i5 model and at least getting great battery life out of the deal. I returned this laptop and instead bought a Samsung Notebook 9, which I have been exceedingly happy with. Side note: If you still use Windows Media Player as I do, there is a scaling issue that makes your playlists, albums and song information almost too tiny to read on this laptop. It made it almost unusable. In summary, here are my pros and cons: PROS: Powerful, beautiful screen, small footprint. CONS: Gets very hot, don't use it in your lap unless it's Wintertime and you don't have a heater. Poor Battery Life. Not a good gaming experience. Least comfortable keyboard I have used. Scaling issues make some things nearly unreadable.

My Dell XPS Touch 13 is more than expected. Very feature rich, and is very well engineered. Best Buy and Dell had the XPS ready to use out of the box. Battery life is long lasting, Screen is ultra clear and responsive. I use multiple tower and laptop PC's, but find that I am beginning to use the XPS 13 Touch most of the time due to ease of use. The tech support with Dell has also been prompt and professional.

Excellent light weight laptop with the DELL quality. This is much more rugged than other computers with similar specs!

My daughter tried two others before getting this one. Superior picture made it the winner as well as size and speed.
