Wow. Better than what I hoped for.

This is the first time I purchased an XPS and I was blown away between the quality of the XPS compared to less expensive Dell products. It looks better and you can feel the quality difference just by holding the XPS in your hands. The start up speed, the quality of the screen and the overall experience has been incredible. Highly recommend this to everyone.

Clearly a design defect but Dell wouldn't acknowledge it. Offered paid repair but no thanks. I will just throw this trash away. Goodbye Dell. I will be glad to see people like me dumping you.
