Content Adaptive Brightness Control (CABC) issues CAN NOT be fixed by Dell Technical Support. Great laptop but Screen Brightness Flickering is a Pain!. Dell updated all drivers, bios etc. but nothing changed and so returned to Best Buy! Please read about Content Adaptive Brightness Control (CABC) issues on the internet before you order.

Computer is fast and quite with SSD drive my daughter uses it for college and is very happy with it.

A fast turn on .. can manage a good number of applications at the same time. Easy to carry it around.

This is small enough to easily carry around. Battery lasts for a good amount of time.

Laptop was easy to set-up and the speed is outstanding. Also powering on and off is quick.

This computer exceeded my expectations. Facial Recognition login was great and the overall performance of the PC was very good. I'm an apple user at home however, and still prefer their interface. Other than that, this computer is efficient, fast, and easy to use.

Overall, I love this laptop. The keys feel nice and it runs quite smoothly. However, there are some flaws. The camera for one is at a weird angle which makes facial recognition a hit or miss way of logging in after start up. Also the laptop does not have a "lip" to aid in opening the laptop itself. Instead you have to pry the device open but you get used to this and it is not a major issue at all.

After 2.5 months in and after very little use (I have a work laptop and not a big home user), this laptop died while I was on a trip to the UK. I called Dell, they ran a diagnostic, mother board dead. Well since it happened out of the country, even though it's under warranty, they won't repair it. I have to do it and pay for it myself. So I guess this is a laptop that isn't meant for travel and one that is likely to breakdown within a short period from date of purchase.... stay away!!

I've had this laptop for nearly 8 months now and it's been great. It's only flaw is that the camera sits below the screen instead of above the screen. The result is it doesn't work as well for video chats, particularly ones when I'm trying to show me and kids, etc and not just one person, compared to other laptops with the camera above the screen.

I have had this laptop for almost 3 years and have enjoyed every minute using it. It is a very convenient size but doesn't "feel" small (even though I had been used to a 17 inch laptop). The screen goes right to the edges. I love the 2-in-1 feature that allows me to instantly go from a laptop to a tablet.

I bought this laptop for my daughter and she is happy with the design, weight, and battery life. The laptop fits perfectly in her backpack without adding too much weight. She uses it for e-texbooks and hasn't had to charge it at school.
