This is a great pc. It was everything that I required. Tons of ram, fast processor, lot of disk space, runs quietly, and Windows 10.

I thought it was a lower end pc.It does everything you want.You can upgrade up to 64gb of ram.I'm at 32gbs.This pc is confusing when you first buy it.Cables & lay out is different than previous models.This computer the future of newer computers.SSD drives are used as Memory chips.Also pci slot is used for SSD also.Both connections change in speed & performance.IT depends what you want.3 different ssds that offer you speed.You have standard ssd High end SSD Highest ssde.Speed changes.You're choice.Still a awesome pc for users.I love it.The tower look cool.Usbs offer you way more connections for your devices.Worth the money when your shopping under $1000 bucks.

I usually work from home and brought this computer with a UHD monitor to help me with it. I beefed up the RAM, and added SSD. This computer is a beast now. I am planning to add another graphics card to this and another monitor.

Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. The price was good for the specs that the PC came with. The machine ran very smoothly running Windows 10 for the very short amount of time I was using Windows. I had bought the machine for the hardware itself and always planned to run Linux on it. The machine runs great with Linux also. For those of you who plan to install Linux, you may have to disable pcie.aspm in grub for it to boot properly due to issue with noveau driver. I also installed NVIDIA driver (from NVIDIA website). Other than the driver issue, it works great. This issue will likely not apply to many others, since most people will stick with Windows and not install Linux.

My 7 year old HP unit was very, very frustrating to use....it froze up constantly plus it was extremely slow and there was no way to improve the performance. Granted this is a much bigger unit than I had so anything was a big improvement but reading reviews of the similar HP unit indicated that some still experienced freeze up problems with the brand new units which reviews for the Dell did not indicate this type of issue.....made me question if this was an inherent problem with HP unit. The Dell also has expandable memory which the HP did not. Do not know if I will ever need to but have that option if and when the time comes. This and other tips and comments prompted me to buy the Dell unit over the HP. So far it has been a great unit in many ways. I feel this unit will handle my needs well into the future.

I had a previous version XPS go bad on me after 5 years. This cpu however is completely quiet and works like a charm. It had room for immediate hard drive upgrade. Only had it for a month but only time will tell.

You can't beat the combination of processor speed, memory & storage for the price! I like the case configuration with the usb ports & headphone jacks on top.

Works like a charm. Powerful processor, plenty of RAM. The graphics card is good enough for most games, and can be upgraded if necessary to make a state-of-the-art gaming rig.

I got this pc cause I hade a feeling I can upgrade it pretty easily. I ended up adding more memory big power supply and gpu. Extremely easy to do and works amazingly!

Thesis a good computer for almost everyone but heavy gamers. The i7 processor is a real workhorse, 16gigs of ram will allow you to do almost anything you want. The video card is good enough for most work, unless you are heavy into video games. I was a little nervous about the smaller size of the power supply, but it works very well for what is inside the box. The only thing that I wish it had was ac wireless instead of just n. But the computer meets most of my needs

So far I am very pleased. It starts up very quickly and it is very responsive. I don't do any gaming but for word processing, dealing with photos, and Internet it works great.

The CPU speed, memory size, included OS, helpful utilities, and support all have been top notch with me (and I have availed myself of everything). I have also increased the RAM, added an SSD, added a blu-ray recorder, and upgraded the video card to a GeForce GFX 1060 all without woes. It performs terrifically well and the only minor gripe I have is the included graphics card is lackluster for most current games.

Bought this system to replace a similar system that was flooded. Easy to setup. Very fast and even better than the system it replaced.

I bought this computer to replace my HP that died after only 4 yrs of not very heavy use. I work from home and need a reliable, fast computer that can handle 40 plus hrs of use a week and so far this one has lived up to my expectations. It starts much faster than my old one and has yet to give me any problems. I recommend this to anyone who wants or needs a computer that can handle heavy use.

I usually do a lot of research before making a purchase however, having had a dell in the past and the fact that this item was open box and 50% off it was a no brainer. This computer is fast efficient and had tons of storage. Not sure about how I like Windows 10 this being my first experience with it, but otherwise I would say great investment.
