    It has served me well. My first one was not working properly but Dell replaced it free of charge, and all has been well with the new one.

    Well, I ordered this beast online, excited to get a computer that can handle my workflow in my recording studio. Surprise! Computer freezes about 2 minutes in, no explanation. Went online, tried everything I could. Took it in to geek squad, they didn’t know either, so instead of wasting time, lets order a new one. In waiting another 2 weeks for it (4 weeks total) kabaam!! So excited to plug it in...I plugged it in and Waam!!! Nothing. Tried different power sources and supplies, the thing did not turn on at all. Was this a joke? I saw that this is not an uncommon problem among Dell users (I have always been an HP guy), however, a lot of the fixes were too advance for me. Can’t they get it right the 2nd time? Well, I would definitely not recommend this to a friend, hope Dell sees this and attempts to fix it. Well, they will eventually see my 2 machines again. If anything, this pursuaded me to just go ahead and get a Mac. This is my first Dell experience too. Shameful.
