At best this is an average coffee maker. Nothing extraordanary. I could have spen half ang eprobably gotten better coffee. Worst part, you cannot pour a cup without spillage.

I couldn’t make a single americano or espresso cafe with De'Longhi - 10-Cup Coffee Maker and Espresso Maker with 15 bars of pressure - Stainless steel Water came warm not hot to enjoy a real coffee.

I am very impressed with the DeLonghi BCO430 coffee maker and definitely recommend this full function beverage station to anyone looking for a single appliance to address nearly every heated beverage need. Not only that, but it's clean and attractive stainless steel design make it a beautiful addition to my countertop. While I admit I have never tried to make espresso before, I found the features to be very straightforward and intuitive. If there were one thing I'd have like to have had with the machine, it would be more detailed instructions on how to make espresso and cappuccino, but with a bit of experimentation and referring to the pictures and descriptions in the included user manual, I was able to figure it out fairly quickly. My typical use will be most often to make standard drip coffee and for hot water for tea and hot chocolate, but as my comfort level with making espresso and cappuccino advances, I expect to gradually use those features more and more. In all, I was highly satisfied with all the features of this appliance and strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great coffee pot and all-in-one hot beverage station for your home!

Very mediocre quality of Espresso. And not good at all as regular coffee maker. Had to return it and buy espresso maker and regular coffee maker as a separate units.

The carafe leaks every time I pour coffee. The coffee doesn't stop dropping if you remove the carafe so if you're making coffee for the entire family you'll have to wait at least 20 minutes until the coffee is ready. The milk frother is awful. I had an old DeLonghi coffee maker for years and I loved so I decided to buy this new one but they simply disappointed me on all aspects with this machine.

I received this just about ago, I wanted to ensure I tried out all the various functions before giving my review. First off I just want to start out that I love this machine. It makes my morning coffee so much more interesting. I have just one complaint and this is why I did not give 5 stars. The instructions that come with it are just not adequate. With all the features this machine has ther should be a DVD included or a video accessible from the manufacturer. It took longer than it should have to get the operation of this machine down. Now for the fun, my first project was espresso. I forgot how intense espresso is, it was good but strong. Once I got the operation of the unit down, the espresso was quick and easy. Next came cappuccino, again fairly simple to make, but it did take a couple of tries to get it right. This was not due to the machine, but to my inexperience. Next was just regular coffee, this was straightforward and the coffee was easy to make. The pot is a little small, but no big deal. I have become the family barista, making all the family favorites, mocha, French vanilla, and creamy frothy tastey caramel macchiato. This machine will do it all and is a great way to make your favorite. I recommend this highly, but seriously, a video would be great, som of us are visual learners.

I wanted to love this machine.... BUT - it stops working! This is the 2nd machine I bought because I love the idea of combo. However, almost $600 later and 2 machines and I’m still left with nothing but junk. The drip stops working, the programmable feature stops working. Save your money and by something else!!!

Love it perfect for me. Just came home one day after not using the espresso maker for a couple of weeks and it didn’t work. Best Buy did not help remedy this problem in anyway. I keep good care of it. I guess it was too good to be true. Sorry folks and because it was over two weeks old, the store didn’t lift a finger. Probably the last time I will buy something from Best Buy.

Water never got hot for espresso. Had to heat my water in the microwave prior to brewing the espresso because it never got hot in the DeLonghi machine. Was willing to sacrifice that part of the machine and just use the coffee side. After 3 weeks, it also stopped brewing coffee! The water would not circulate through the machine and the hot plate would not warm up. Returned it and bought a percolator. Saved $$ and now have a great cup of coffee.

Terrible product that lasted less than a year before it practically stopped making coffee. The water is extremely slow and there is no way to fix it z

Received as a Christmas gift 10 days later espresso side was not brewing. Thank god for best buy I was able to return it with no problems.

I have been a barista for over 6 years and when my keurig died I was so excited to be able to purchase an espresso machine. The drip coffee is decent, but I absolutely hate how small the machine is especially with the filter trying to pull shots. Along with that the steam wand takes FOREVER and you really can’t create good froth with it. It is 100% not worth the money, I ended up returning the machine.

Drip coffee stopped working after 5 weeks. Completely unacceptable. 3 weeks past the return period to best buy. Working with Delonghi now. Called but they don't open until 10am. Sent an email, it's been 2 days and they never responded. I'm now on hold it's been over 10 minutes. The Keurig I threw out is looking pretty good right now.

I just discovered Espresso and what a discovery. This machine does it all. The coffee maker is fairly basic, but this is where it stops being normal. I was able to make a blend of normal coffee and some espresso this morning, while creating a delicious froth from milk and sugar. This is a very professional looking machine on my counter top and I will enjoy this for years to come. I also have a matching coffee grinder so that I can grind the beans to my liking. The two complimentary products from DeLonghi make a great set of tools for coffee lovers.
