Its not perfect but it does the job of frothing uour milk and giving you a shot of expresso

Love this machine! Makes great-tasting espressos, lattes, etc every time! Saves me a lot more money (and time) when I can make coffee drinks or hot cocoa at home. The only downside is that you have to "clear" the steamer into an empty cup every time you start to use it as it usually has a lot of water come out before it produces just steam.

Great for making lattes and frappes! It has a leaking problem though if you leave it with water still in the tank, so I have to pour out any leftover water when I'm done using it to avoid that problem. Other than that it's been great and saves me money from going to Starbucks!

Bought a $40 Mr. coffee espresso machine from Walmart and it didn’t brew the espresso or steamed the milk anywhere near as good as this machine. Also the water started leaking out of the bottom after only a few days so I took it back and bought this one, couldn’t be happier.

Pretty much does the job. Nothing incredible, if you try to do standard 18 grams on a double shot, it will either stick or not pour the shot. I would just save up to get a better one, no cap!

Heats up quick and brews hot,I would say the price tag makes it worthy.

I was really excited to use this espresso machine Pros: convenience of making espresso at home. The taste was okay. It came with different sizes for espresso. Cons: very messy. At times it was watery. You have to manually stop from pouring the espresso. The added heat frother was poorly placed and caused burns if not careful. It also positioned inffectively. It went back to the store. Cons:

A little on the noisy side but the coffee is worth it. Very easy to use.

So far so good. Good machine for a beginner. Eventually I will move up to nonpressurized portafilter to get a little more about of it but I'm in no rush. I make cappuccino,s and anytime you dilute.. you lose a lot of the base flavor. When I do my part the steam arm is great. I get thick milk with great consistency.

Absolutely furious! I used to have ECP3420, it breaks down every couple of months. Thankfully, I bought the protection plan multiple times because I know it breaks down. The ECP3420 is no longer being manufactured and there's only open box at best buy, and this is I guess the new version and more expensive by $80, so I thought I'd give it a try, maybe it won't break down as often. On the first day, the espresso comes out drop by drop slowly and it tasted horrible although it's high quality coffee from Italy. The milk frother has a cappuccino option or just hot milk option...I can't tell a difference. They're both horrible and it spits out A LOT of water at first. Will return today because this is a big scam. They changed the outside color of the machine and the model number, but they're both horrible.

We purchased this machine since it had a steamer was attached. Our child likes steamed milk so it works for the whole family.
