    Horrible P.O.S., do NOT buy!

    Worked fine like any other toaster for the first month. After 1 month, the number dial broke, so everytime you adjust the heat settings from 1 to 9 the needle would be stuck not giving you the exact heat settings thus resulting in burnt or under toasted breads and bagels. New Problem exists! The lever that you depress down to initiate the toasting does not stay at the bottom, you have to sit there and hold it down for the whole duration of the toasting process, if you let go the springs pop it back up to normal position. The product LOOKS great, it has a nice finish. But as we all know, looks can be deceiving. Don't even waste your time purchasing Geek Squad Black Tie Protection on this unit. Just buy another type of toaster and save yourself the headache!
