Just bought an older home with an unfinished basement so we needed a dehuidifier. No floor drains so we also needed one with a pump Had it setup and running in less then 15 minutes. Unit keeps the humidity down like it should and the pump works great. Even the air in the rest of the house is lower now

So far happy with purchase. It does a good job removing moisture from the basement. We are draining it with the enclosed drainage hose, love not having to empty the bucket. Fan does run continuously and if you are looking to save money on your electric bill this may not be a good choice.

Great Dehumidifier, with a good feature set. I love the built in pump - main reason why we purchased this unit.

We bought this for out basement which can be a little on the damp side during summer months. The best feature is that you do not have to empty the bucket every day as it has a pump which goes into the sink. No bucket and covers the entire basement which is about 800 square feet. Highly recommend

This was placed in our 800 square foot basement which is on the damp side but kids play down there and there’s carpet so we can’t chance any mold accumulating. This really did the trick. Best part is it has a pump so does not ever need to be emptied as long as there’s a sink nearby. Long hose provided attaches to drain and off we go. Whisper quiet. High quality product

This humidifier is great. My basement is always damp and couldn't use it the way we wanted. Once we got it and hooked it up and added the drain hose it was amazing.

Performing it's job very well. Runs constantly in our lower level, which is now nice and dry. The musty smell is gone too.

This is a good appliance. However, I did not realize that the water would accumulate so quickly and have to be constantly emptied. Because of this I have kept if off for most of the time since I bought it. It does work efficiently and effectively.

Noise level is higher than 50pint frigidaire. Pump light continuously blinking eventhough there is nothing obstructing as far as i could see. I had bought this to pump water to sink and than have unit shut down when desired humidity level is reached. I did not get to see that.... where as in Frigidaire fan is still running after desired humidity level is reached. I would not recommand it if you are buy ing to pump the water to higher level. In my case higher level is about 42".
