Had it about a week and it’s definetly got some squeaks going on inside that I’m not used to hearing from my old Jura but it is half the price.

Fortunately for us Delonghi has a great warranty and the service was top. They paid for all the shipping and fixed the problem no cost. Works great now and the wife loves it. Great machine and flavors.

It's like a robot in a box. it ultimately ended up being way more machine than I personally needed, but it doesn't take away from the quality. if you're crazy picky about your coffee and want to spend a day or so dialing in the settings for that perfect brew, this is a good machine for you.

The milk steamer/frother was wasteful, difficult to clean, and doesn’t do a chilled froth. I ended up just using a separate nespresso frother. The espresso was also difficult to make and in the end all tasted the same when you tried the different options. We decided to return it for the Delonghi Specialista - which has been great.

Requires lots of maintenance and cleaning. We got used to it but do yourself a favor and maybe spend little more on next level up or go with Phillips. Family member bought one and they are super satisfied (for 1/3 price of the Delonghi)

It makes coffee delicious and the foam is perfect, even when working with macademian milk. Hoghly recommended the unit, buy it, don't waste money on pods.
