I recently bought the De’Longhi Dedica Arte, and I’m really happy with it. The machine looks great and fits perfectly on my countertop without taking up too much space. Espresso Quality: It makes delicious espresso with a nice crema, and the 15-bar pump does its job well. It heats up quickly, which is perfect for my morning routine. User-Friendly: The controls are easy to understand, and the manual frother works well, though it took me a bit to get the milk just right. Cleaning: It’s pretty simple to clean, with parts that come off easily. Overall, the De’Longhi Dedica Arte is a great machine for making espresso at home. Just be ready to practice your frothing skills!

I've been using it daily for a month or so and have been super pleased with it. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. I was used to using a manual commercial machine and was very picky when looking at one for myself but was also on a budget. This one has been perfect and exactly what I was looking for. It produces a decent cream as well as a pretty good microfoam. It's a great machine and I'd definitely recommend it.

My >2 yo original Dedica finally failed at the steam spout. The plastic melted from having to steam for so long (under-powered). This unit has replaced the plastic parts with a sturdy metal wand. It produces more steam pressure and shorter steaming times. The rest of the unit is basically the same. Should be very reliable with upgrades. Got it on sale also, 1/3rd Off

A decent espresso machine to get you into the hobby. The inclusion of the pressurized baskets gives you some wiggle room when using pre ground coffee. The limited distance between the bottom of the portafilter and the base (even with the drip tray removed) makes brewing taller drinks tricky. With the purchase of some accessories, such as non pressurized baskets, a scale, and a milk frothing pitcher, you can fine tune your espresso, and make some pretty decent lattes and cappuccinos.

Everything is find but the steam doesn’t seem working as good as it should be from the beginning..I would like it to be better for that much money. But looks stunning thats true

We replaced our Ninja coffee maker, as we constantly fine coffee in our coffee! So far, this unit has been incredible! A great introduction into the finer coffee products.

I am reaching out regarding a long-standing issue with my coffee machine order, which has yet to be resolved. Despite multiple attempts to receive the correct product, I have encountered significant delays and unacceptable service. Initially, after a prolonged wait, I finally received a shipment, only to discover that I was sent a secondhand coffee machine instead of the new one I ordered. This was especially disappointing as the machine was intended as a birthday gift for my sister. It was extremely frustrating and disheartening when she opened the package only to find a previously used item. Following this, I contacted customer service and was assured that a new order had been placed. However, the status has continued to show “out for delivery,” yet no actual shipment has arrived. The delivery keeps getting delayed with no clear resolution. This situation is completely unacceptable, and I kindly request urgent attention to resolve this matter immediately. I need confirmation on when I can expect the correct, brand-new coffee machine to be shipped without further delays.

This machine hasn’t been reliable. Going on 2 years of ownership and I am possibly going to need to send it for service. Disappointed.

Compact design, straightforward buttons, and heats up quickly. Slight learning curve when it comes to tampering, quantity, and possible clogging. Once you get the hang of it, the ease of use is great. Makes great espresso at a competitive price. The steam wand could be a little bit better, but no biggie - gets the job done. Balanced machine.

The slim design helps with the limited space. Straight forward functions make it very efficient to use. The additional accessories was a plus. Love it and definitely recommend. Saved myself much money since purchasing it last month.

I am pleasantly surprised at both the ease of use and, most importantly, the quality of Espresso shots that this machine has been making. We have had Nespresso machines for 9 years and just recently decided to go for the real thing. As a Starbucks Barista I have become accustomed to really good Espresso. I wasnt keen on spending more for a home coffee maker than for a computer, so the super-automated home machines were out of the question. I arreived at this machine after researching reviews and reading customer comments. These were all generally positive. The downside of semiautomatic machines was considered to be having to grind coffee beans separately from the machine. This has turned out to be very easy. We grind about a half pound of Espresso roast and keep it ready in an airtight container. Eah cup requires a scoop or two of coffee. As long as you are careful you won't spill a bit of coffee on the counter top. The milk steamer wand is easy-to-use and heats up quickly. We steam milk before getting the shot of Espresso too make sure to combine the two immediately. The result? A very good tasting, piping hot Espresso drink in less than two minutes.

Really easy to use and the compact size is great for my limited counter space. Descaling process was a little confusing but otherwise happy with it.

Great value and excellent espresso machine. If you have a grinder and are looking to get a solid espresso machine without going into the super expensive territory, this is an easy recommend. I've had mine for over a year now and it's been solid and reliable. Customer service is also excellent as the one time I reached out, they were able to assist using a video chat with someone that was an expert on using the machine. It resolved my issue without me having to mail back the product and/or wait for replacement stuff.

Easy to use, sleek, fits in small places, and has everything you need to get the perfect espresso! Be aware... every espresso machine needs care and cleaning... and this is not a "push button" machine. You will need to keep the parts clear and dry. And descale the machine from time to time.
