First, they claimed the roast was too dark, but I was using a medium-light roast. Then, they suggested the grind was the issue. What's puzzling is that the machine worked fine for the first few uses. If the problem lies with my coffee or technique, why did it function initially? The representative's conclusion didn't provide a satisfactory explanation. Unfortunately, my experience with De'Longhi's customer service was unhelpful, and I'm left with a non-functional espresso machine.
