Coffee maker that can't make coffee
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This coffee maker/espresso machine that we just purchased cannot even make coffee. Only half of the coffee grounds get wet; the other half are bone dry, and we followed the instructions precisely. The other issue with the coffee maker is that the process to make cappuccino is so cumbersome...you have to watch the espresso come out to a precise point, and then push a button in order to have enough steam to make the milk froth. And if you brew directly to cups, you have to just guess...very poorly designed, and the instructions for this process are very difficult to follow; and I'm an engineer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
