Great machine, professional grade. But you don’t need to be a seasoned barista to make a good expresso. Simple to use, and it comes up with a small illustrated guide of how to make the perfect expresso. This machine also let you make very good “americano” as well.

LOVE this machine! I've wanted one of these for awhile and it was definitely worth every penny! The coffee is so fresh! It's pretty easy to use and makes fantastic espressos, americanos, hot tea, hot chocolate ... Love it!

Amazing machine, makes quality cafe coffee for a more budget friendly price. Pays itself off after a few months then you really start saving. Only advice is to get freshly roasted coffee for better coffee.

I was intimidated by this machine at first, but the how-to videos from DeLonghi and the quick start guide gave me some practice. Honestly, I still find myself getting better with foaming milk, but I do find this product a great quality, and even fun to use.

To begin, I am in no way, shape, or form a professional barista but I am getting the hang of it. I have heard it be said before that making coffee is like an art, and I can see why! This machine, with very little trial and error, makes a beautiful cup of coffee, espresso, latte, you name it! One thing I want to proceed caution on is that you will want to use the coffee bean grinder. I attempted to use my coffee grounds and there was no creme on my espresso. Once I bought beans and ground them up using the levels that were on the directions that came with the machine it came out wonderfully!

One of the best expresso machines ever, easy and simple to use, with no problems so far (6 months), and super simple to clean. The milk frother is the best part, unfortunately, needs more storage space for coffee beans.

Have had this for almost a year. It exceeds my expectations. It took a couple of weeks to get the settings correct and now it makes a perfect double shot cappuccino every morning. Had to watch some youtube videos to get the milk frother technique just right, but well worth it. No leaks, no durability issues, a very solid purchase.

Easy to use. Great quality, This is our first espresso machine and it did not disappoint. It accurately dispenses espresso shots and can also make americanos and dispense hot water for tea

After a couple of weeks, I love it so far! It is very nicely equipped & has everything I need to jump right in & start making my (twice) daily latte’ intake. Due to having an abundance of ground espresso beans, I have not had occasion to use the grinder yet, so I can not comment on its operation. My only complaint is that my pressure gauge does not work. I know I should return it but I don’t want to go without it for an extended period. That ought to tell you how i feel about it!

I absolutely love this espresso machine. I got it last year and it has been stellar so far. It brews delicious shots and the frother has been great as well. I have no complaints! My favorite part of my day is waking up and making my coffee before work.
