I am so glad I upgraded to this machine. It was a good investment and my coffee drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, etc) taste better than the $7 ones I use to pay for from a certain coffee chain. There is a slight learning curve but that’s the best part. Hopefully I will be able to enjoy this one for awhile.

Great entry level espresso machine. Have been using it daily for over a year and still works great! The grinder makes the your coffee taste fresher and milk frother has a good pressure

Don't usually do many reviews but this machine makes the most wonderful coffee. A little adjusting is necessary for the proper grind and amount but after that it is always good. The choice of milk or Oat milk you steam to add makes a difference try several. Oatley Barista blend is a good choice

Followed the directions and it works great. Isn't too loud and the machine warms up quickly to dispense the espresso shots. Only wish the steam wand was longer or reached outward more.

This is the second machine i have ever owned. It easy to use. It takes some time trying to figure out the right setting to make a good shot. The book that comes with the machine has some suggestion, but it still needs some tweaking.

I am obsessed with this machine! I have had it for over six months now. I used it ever morning to make delicious and smooth Americano. I’ve also made incredible lattes and hot chocolate. It’s everything to me

We use this espresso machine every day. It's pretty much paid for itself in what I've saved from not going to Starbucks or another coffee shop. There was a bit of a learning curve (my husband and I are new to making espresso), but I am so glad we purchased this one.

This is a great espresso machine. We also bought Brevelle and it doesn't compare. This machine froths the milk a lot quicker and easier and makes a great espresso. Very well made.

It’s bit pricey but love it. Makes the foam great and great coffee setting options. The appreciate the fact that it’s grinds as needed. I didn’t give it 5 mainly because the water drainer fills up so quickly and consume water a lot so you have to refil the water tank and clean the water drainer almost every other day.

good quality built product. Takes little learning to get the rich expresso. It was very easy buying experience at Best Buy.
