Love this coffee machine. A bit pricey but easy to create the drinks you want. Easy to clean. Overall easy to use and creates a great cup of coffee with many varieties.

Makes delicious coffee, has the basics which really is all you need, I do wish it had a hopper so you could change out the beans but for the price it’s a great machine.

I love this machine. I love a good latte but hate spending the money or wasted calories at the local coffee shop. With this machine I can make my protein lattes individually but not have to waste money on silly pods. Very few small complaints. Like I wish the machine had a froth only option to add to kids hot chocolate or the grounds that end up outside the hopper. All minor issues overall love this machine

Makes a great cup. Very user friendly as well, the self cleaning makes this a plus for a lazy guy like me.

It has worked well, but it would be better if the separate cleaning kit came with enough descaling liquid for more than just one time.

So far this machine has been excellent. All coffee modes work great. Make sure to adjust the water hardness level. Also, took couple of tried to get the right grind for the coffee to be perfect, but that's expected. Also, make sure to clean your milk container regularly to avoid loss of frothing that many complain about. The instructions could be a bit better as it doesn't tell you about this. There's a fourth piece that comes off that you have to clean! Overall happy with the purchase and the fact that there is a 2 year warranty helps a lot.

Imagine buying a coffee machine but not having to do anything crazy besides refilling the water and beans. This machine does it all just from one push of a button.

Yes, it may be a little on the higher side when it comes to price, but it is much more convenient to use than a manual espresso machine! Another advantage compared to Nespresso machines (even the ones with the automatic frother) is the fact that you can use your own beans with this machine. I did have a hiccup with the LatteCrema system on the second day with it bot frothing the milk properly, but it eventually fixed itself after a rinse of the milk container and its parts. I also think it’s worth it to get Best Buy’s extended warranty with this machine in case anything goes wrong.
