    purchased last august and love it. ( Still do.) but for the amount of money I have spent on this appliance, I'm dissapointed that I'm even having problems. Good thing I purchased the replacement warranty. I will keep exchanging it.

    This machine is great. We use it to make 3-4 espresso drinks and 1-2 tea drinks everyday. It had replaced a nespresso machine and coffee machine. Please note that it doesn't make traditional drop coffee. It's basically an americano.

    It does well for a home unit. For the price I was expecting it to produce espresso more like a commercial machine would. Its definately a step between a $100 home do it your self and a $1500 commercial machine... but its on the lower end of that slide.

    Great machine… But found out our skim milk does not activate the milk froth so we must use 2% or whole milk. Which is fine just wish it was told to us in the instructions.

    Best ever coffee maker I have ever punched in over 60 years. A lot more flavor than drip coffee.

    everything is fine, just a small container for milk. You have to pour two times for two large servings. It's a pity there is no large container for this model.

    Really impressed with this machine. Works as advertised and provides multiple drink options. Self cleaning is a nice feature since it keeps the machine working properly. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase.

    Best value for the price. I’ve put this up against the Gaggia Academia and I’ve seen numerous times other have gone to use this one over the other. I really like the carafe spout vs other methods.
