This my second Delonghi product in only the last ten years. I chose Delonghi because they have served me well. The coffee it produces is always perfect based on your settings, and it is very easy to use. The Delonghi machines also tell you when they need to be descaled which is a plus and is probably why my last machine lasted 10 years! The Quality is OUTSTANDING! We used our old one and are now using our new one every single day for a Mocha for myself and a Caramel Machiato for my wife and can't go a day without it. The fully automatic functions take the work out of making espresso.

My BIL had a similar machine and I always enjoyed using it when I am at their house. The price was the main thing holding me back from purchasing. At $600, it was not a necessity when my ninja got the job done. But on the ninja, I could not find a filter for it so that I could use other coffee beans/grounds that are not in pods. I had been watching this machine and bought it when it went on sale. I have been extremely happy with it. I really appreciate that I can also drop ground coffee into the machine if I want something different than the beans in the hopper. It does a great job making the coffee that I love and is easy to set up and get going. Took some time to figure out all the features, but they are not hard to figure out. You do have to get used to the grinding sound, but if you drop in your own grounds, it is not that loud.

Makes a great cup of coffee. I just love this machine. Bit of a learning curve, Just need to pay attention to instructions. It's easy to fill, Easy to clean. All around a great machine and looks great.

Bought this for a friend who wanted to get into coffee but not have to manually do everything. They really like it! I think the only complaint is the water filtration isn't great; it gets clogged really easily even with filtered water. Otherwise, it works great and provides easy coffee.

I have been owner of Saeco-Phillips coffee machines for over 20 years and always got problems with brewing group or numerous sensors. Finally , facing another problem, I decided to look around for different brand and came across De'Longhi Magnifica Start ,$400 at Best Buy, impressive machine , much cheaper than many other brands with same features. Being around automatic coffee machines for many years setup was easy and has taken a few tries to make optimal quality coffee - as good as professional ones , dark , beautiful foam .I gave Magnifica Smart 5 stars.

Im not sure if its a good G2B coffee maker. I just know its alot better then those K-Cups. Big difference for me.

You can get cafe quality coffee from this machine. The only downside is that the milk frother doesn't get hot and ready quickly.

This machine is great! I love the way I only have to place a cup and press a button for coffee or espresso. Very easy to clean as well. Well worth the money.
