Makes the best latte machiatto. I didn't think I would drink even more coffee but this machine is amazing. Easy to clean and use.

The product is excellent and works exactly as expected. I got this about 7 months ago and have been using it for a while. I have had a lot of coffees made by the machine and it is really great everytime. It is pretty durable and has never failed me. I had a keurig before this and this one is much better There is a small problem, I use the machine about two times a day and I have had to descale the machine 3 times already. But it is really simple to descale. You just have to buy the solution.

It surely does live up to its hype! Costly yes, but it really is a great product. It comes with a sample tray of different coffee to try! I bought this as a gift but have found myself using it also. It is everything you expect!

I got this model and after 1 week started having issues with the Milk Frother not working. I followed the cleaning procedures as indicated in the manual, and still no luck. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly. They helped me troubleshoot the problem and it seems the sensor to detect the milk had some difficulty with skim milk. The technician instructed me to put a paper towel between the sensor and the milk container and then it worked fine. just remove the paper when the milk is consumed. Everything seems fine now. I just need to rinse and clean the container per the instructions. I also use the paper trick with some brands of milk.

Set it and forget it. Still a nuisance to clean every morning. Had separate system before. Nesspreso delongi and then a separate milk forther. So still a “pain in the but” but at least I can leave and come back to a perfect drink ready to pass out to my guest or to enjoy myself. Recommend if you can afford. I calculated after 7-8 months of 1 cup of coffee 5 days a week it will pay for itself compared to purchasing from Starbucks

Excellent espresso maker and the only part I don't like about it is that it doesn't the milk sufficiently hot.

This machine does a very nice job, making a cappuccino or latte. In fact, it is easy to customize the amount of milk because all you have to do is pour in the correct amount. I would not recommend this for anyone who needs to make more than one or two beverages at a time, I’m a long-term Nespresso user. The small footprint and the cleaning cycle are bonuses.

This is my second nespresso. It’s very compact and doesn’t take too much space in my kitchen loving this model. it’s easier to clean, and the water reservoir it’s very accesible.

This is the best nespresso machine ever!! It isnt complicated to work, and makes the smoothest coffee drinks!! My family loves it.

I needed this small form factor and wanted something that had a milk steamer/frother. It fits perfectly and makes decent caps and lattes. There aren't many reviews on YouTube for this but the ones there mention some spattering before the milk comes out. You need the right cup under the spout and the angle matters. I use oat molk and it froths just fine. I love the one button design when I'm too tired to make a French press. Very happy, hope it lasts.
