Great Excellent coffee maker recommend any coffee lover to buy this machine.

The taste of the coffee that this machine makes is ridiculously good. Better than the super quality local hipster coffee shops I usually go to. The espresso is rich, flavorful, and loaded with crema. Simply put, the coffee this makes is fantastic. Operation is simple. Put some water in the left side tank, put an espresso capsule up top, turn the lid, and press go. Within a minute you have a shot of fantastic espresso (or a cup of very very good coffee). When you open the lid again, the used pod drops into the tank on the right. No mess, no cleanup. If you want to clean the system, just press the top button three times fast. It runs through a cleaning cycle to ensure that you dont have any old coffee residue next time you brew. I have this paired with Nespresso's aerocinno machine, which does a wonderful job making hot frothed milk. Coupled with this brewer, I have a coffee shop quality cappucinno at home. It is incredible how delicious it is.

Made in Switzerland by DeLonghi! Quality & materials like a Swiss watch, not like cost-cut products from elsewhere. Body seems quite solidly built and weighty. Works very nicely and coffee flavor and aroma is *very* enjoyable. Versatile: it's able to make serving sizes from 1.7oz to 7.8oz. Can even use your own coffee, if you locate and purchase a 3rd party refillable capsule. Nespresso capsules that this new Vertuo series uses seem rarer than Nespresso Traditional capsules. Vertuo technology is different from Traditional Nespresso machines. Not sure, but I did read that the older technology might produce coffee that's some degrees hotter.

Bought a new coffee machine as my old Keurig Vue pods were discontinued, and as all the coffee shops are closed due to COVID-19. The Nespresso coffee pods are more expensive than Keurig's but the quality is definitely better. So far enjoying all the different coffee that's offered by Nespresso.

The Nespresso is easy to use and makes great coffee. I love the one button feature.

i own other brands also, this one is definitely the best of all coffee makers. each cup is literally perfect coffee that anyone can have.

You get the same quality espresso every-time, the only downside is that for the Vertuo line there are not as many choices as for the original line, specially when it comes to espresso.

The pods may be a little pricey but all well worth it for great smooth coffee. Have enjoyed every cup of coffee since purchase.

I love this machine. Some people complain the coffee isn’t hot enough, but I think it’s just right. Makes three sizes of coffee and they’re all delicious.

This is a great machine so far. The only thing is that it has been hard to find these capsules for purchase in stores.
