This coffee machine has changed my life! So easy to setup and the learnbing process has been exciting and fun! The machine has easy to follow instruction - both in the actual and on the device's display that makes it easy to figure out how to use it. Which is great because there are a MILLION ways to use it! I love that you can create separate user profiles AND multiple coffee profiles (Italian Dark Roast, Decaf, etc). You can customize just about everything and the machine remembers what you set. It even knows what you like at different times of the day! Maintenance is a breeze. The machine reminds you when it's time to empty the grounds, clean the milk caraff, and even when to change the water filter. It also gives step by step instructions for each. Only criticism that I can make is that the lid to the milk caraff should be more secure - maybe a latch - so that you don't accidentally grab it wrong and drop the bottom off and spill milk everywhere (that has happened :/). Keureg and regular drip are a thing of the past!

I've seen reviews online and there was a lot of positive comments about this machine... i came from a Keurig and buying those K cups were enough for me. I'm very simple and don't need much but i kept thinking to myself... I'm tired of buying k cups... and thinking that buying coffee beans is so much cheaper (in the long run). I kept trying to convince myself that i don't need it, so i asked my wife hoping that she would convince me not to get it... she told me the exact opposite, " you always drink coffee, i think you should get it". So i bought it and yeah best coffee in my life, who needs to spend $6 - $8 a cup when i can make it at home! Gotta buy it and experience it yourself.

I love my Rivelia! It’s easy to use and very convenient. It’s perfect for me and my husband as we are both busy and always on the go. It’s nice to have your espresso ready in just few minutes.

This espresso machine is not only incredibly stylish in its Arctic White finish, but it also looks stunning in my white kitchen—like it was made for the space. What I love most is the automatic milk frother—super convenient! I keep it in the fridge and easily snap it onto the machine when I'm ready. The white flat coffee option is my absolute favorite, and I’m thrilled that I can add an extra shot of espresso with just one button. It makes my mornings so much happier and easier. This machine is a joy to use and delivers a consistently perfect cup every time. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to elevate their coffee game at home!

Excellent coffee machine. Anything you want you can make with this bad boy. Expensive at first but cheaper than going to coffee shops in the long run. Your own personal Starbucks in your house for more than half the cost. I may add that this machine is user friendly and easy to navigate.

I absolutely love my De'Longhi Rivelia! The integrated grinder and variety of coffee options are fantastic. I especially appreciate the flexibility—espresso today, Americano tomorrow, and my husband can enjoy decaf whenever he wants. The dual bean hoppers are super easy to switch out, and I love that I don’t have to fuss with grind settings or clean the tapper after every use. It’s fully automatic and incredibly user-friendly. I would definitely recommend this espresso machine to anyone who wants great coffee with minimal effort!

This one delivers something a lot of people overlook — consistency. Every shot tastes the way you expect it to. No surprises. No guesswork. And the part nobody talks about, but everyone feels? Cleaning. This is the easiest machine I’ve ever maintained. You can make the greatest espresso on the planet, but if it takes an hour to tear the thing apart afterward, how long before it becomes a chore you avoid? For me, this checks the boxes that actually matter in real life. Reliable. Repeatable. Practical. I have zero hesitation saying it: it’s absolutely worth the money.

The best part of this coffee maker is that it allows you to use different beans, like decaf and regular if desired. The coffee is better than an elite coffee shop and our family is enjoying it immensely. Highly recommend. No more plastic pods for us! :)

My wife and I have loved this thing since we got it. Literally have made coffee every morning. The multiple profiles and adjustable settings for each drink is incredibly handy. It’s easy to clean and use. The milk frother has had zero issues, which was a problem we had with our last De’Longhi espresso machine. We use primarily oat milk and it does a great job at frothing that without any issue. Highly recommend

So far i love this machine, i went from a manual Breville to this. The foam and espresso come out perfect. The crema is spot on every time. Definitely worth it.

I love the coffee and drinks made by this machine. The only issue I’m having is that after making two drinks. It starts leaking water. Drip tray is not even full. I thought it was me but I have given it a few moths now, but the issue keeps happening.

Have used this model before, but when I bought my own it wouldn’t work out of the box. Best Buy accepted the return and made it right for me. New unit works perfectly- I had to give 3 stars because of the 1st unit.

Great espresso machine. Milk is foamed perfect and auto cleaning of the milk tube is a great feature.

Wow this id the best machinr i have ever bought!! Its so easy to use and to clean. Makes it so convenient to just press a button in the morning and when a guedt comes over!!! Love it!!!

The ease of doing different coffees is very simple. I like the accessible ground tray in the front and its bigger than our previous one, Makes the removal less messy. Being able to save your drink is also a plus.

It is a pretty good machine as the new fully automatics go. Many choices are offered, and personal preferences can be saved. I had the old Seiko Royale fully automatic cappuccino maker which made a truly professional tasting espresso, but it died and Seiko's new models cannot compare in my book. The DeLonghi Rivelia is probably as good as you can get these days for a home cup at the touch of a finger, so I would not hesitate to buy.
