    Have used this model before, but when I bought my own it wouldn’t work out of the box. Best Buy accepted the return and made it right for me. New unit works perfectly- I had to give 3 stars because of the 1st unit.

    Wow this id the best machinr i have ever bought!! Its so easy to use and to clean. Makes it so convenient to just press a button in the morning and when a guedt comes over!!! Love it!!!

    Great espresso machine. Milk is foamed perfect and auto cleaning of the milk tube is a great feature.

    Got this as a Christmas gift from my wife. Used it for 2 weeks, and the milk frother did not start drawing milk from the removable tank, and it flooded my countertop. I don't know where the leaks were coming from. Mind you, I don't use it everyday since I still have my old Keurig. It is a good product when it is working. After all the troubleshooting and deep cleaning, still had the same problem. I am sending it back.

    It is a pretty good machine as the new fully automatics go. Many choices are offered, and personal preferences can be saved. I had the old Seiko Royale fully automatic cappuccino maker which made a truly professional tasting espresso, but it died and Seiko's new models cannot compare in my book. The DeLonghi Rivelia is probably as good as you can get these days for a home cup at the touch of a finger, so I would not hesitate to buy.

    There is nothing to dislike! Expensive, but you wont be buying $8 cups of coffee so cost neutral!

    So far i love this machine, i went from a manual Breville to this. The foam and espresso come out perfect. The crema is spot on every time. Definitely worth it.

    Coming from the dynamics plus, this machine felt cheaper. More plastic and less capacity in water. The reason for the "upgrade” was my wife is decaffe and I’m a regular bean Guy. The ease of changing beans was a great idea. Big problem came when she used a flavored bean. That flavor carried over to the next few cups even after running a rinse cycle. Even if I could get past that, every cup you make leaves beans in the grinder so when you make the switch you either have to waste beans or make another drink. Great concept but very poor experience. After returning I had to spend 3x on a Jura with dual grinders.

    Not sure why but I get a error message stating the bottom tray is full when it is not. Also that the pod container is full and needs to be emptied when it is not full too. This interupts the brewing procees from the coffee to the frothing...Very frustrating! You have to stay there while each cup is being brewed and move the drip tray a little to have it complete...Probably going to bring back and get a whole different brand of machine...

    Amazing expresso machine, and cheaper than the Eletta Explore. Makes amazing foam (best i've seen ever) and it taste sweet! Also have A JURA and this is just as good..
