Effortless to set up and use. I bought it in the “sand” color, which looks great. Refilling the water is simple—you only need to remove the cover, not the entire tank. It brews an excellent cup of coffee, and the frothing container is incredibly easy to use and clean.

Love my Rivelia!!! The ability to swap out beans is amazing (and the reason for my purchase) and the hot and cold milk dispensers (yes, I bought the cold foam dispenser) are great!

The machine itself is pretty great- easy to use, easy to empty, and I like the reminders to clean parts. But- and depending on the day this is a little or big issue- the sensor in the bottom tray that measures water in the drip tray is suuuuuper glitchy. Water gets into the little hole even when the tray is empty prompting “empty grounds” even when there are literally no grounds to empty- it’s just that little sensor. You can jiggle the water tray or slightly open and give it a puff and clear the water easily, but when I’m getting ready in the morning and have stepped away from the machine to do something like let the dogs out, it’s really aggravating to come back and see the machine failed to finish my Americano. And some days, it will do it EVERY SINGLE CUP. De’Longhi, this is an issue that shouldn’t be happening. Seems like a slight design flaw. It happens every darn day, so instead of a 5 star experience, that glitch drags it down to a 3.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh.My.Freaking.Gosh!!!! This is by far the coolest, modern and tech savvy coffee maker or even appliance I've ever seen not only does it make AWESOME drinks but it tells you when to clean it (it auto cleans with the push of a button) it even has profiles for different people in the house and it saves your favorite drinks to your profile so there's no need to go through the drinks every time! Just click your profile (Touchscreen) and all your favorites are right there!!I'm telling you this thing is tech savy I've had it 2 weeks and still don't know what all it can do! It crushes beans for a stronger coffee brew you can fill up the frother with milk then just pull it out and stick it in the fridge till your ready to use it next time! They really thought of it all then added a ton of extras witth this bad boy I honestly can't say enough about it... it makes the absolutely Best espressos (my favorite) and if it's not big enough (I like a double in the morning) u just click extra! It's soooo easy to clean and the touch screen tells you step by step how to do it while you're doing it...it even tells you when to refill water and beans it literally guides u through everything i feel like its soooo much more sanitary bc it cleans the milk frother after each use worth onle click...it's so Bougie and i never use that word (so I probably used it wrong) but if there's a machine worthy of it its this one!!WORTH EVERY PENNY!! And I would go buy one 5 minutes after playing with it if I didn't get this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my DeLonghi Rivelia Automatic Espresso Machine with LatteCrema Hot, and I couldn’t wait to try it out—WOW! Right out of the box, it was easy to set up, and the first espresso shot was smooth, rich, and just perfect. The LatteCrema system makes incredibly creamy, hot froth, and switching between different coffee beans is a game-changer. Pros: Super easy to use, even for a beginner Customizable coffee options—espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more The LatteCrema system makes silky, hot milk foam Compact and stylish design Swappable bean containers for different flavors Cons: The water tank is on the smaller side, so frequent refills are needed Cleaning takes a little effort, but it’s manageable Overall, I’m beyond happy with this machine it’s like having a personal barista at home! If you love great coffee, this is a must-have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine is great and I'm in love! I have owned De'Longhi products (including one of their lower price tier espresso machines) before and this one did not disappoint. The set up was super easy and the accessories are really easy to clean before and after use. It rinses itself when you turn off the machine and after you turn it on it does an additional rinse. In the settings menu it has instructions for how to descale and in the manual it also has instructions for taking the machine apart and cleaning it completely. Each of these doesn't seem too difficult to do and it provides guidance on how frequently you should do each. It has profiles for the people using the machine that lets it remember your coffee preferences which was mind blowing. The first brew was a little noisy and the grinder does make a typical grind sound as it initially sets up the shot but otherwise this machine is really quiet and doesn't vibrate as much as other espresso machines we've owned. So far, I have pulled espresso shots, made lattes and cappuccinos. You're able to customize the foam for each of your coffees and the milk comes out really nice each time. I will say, I'm more partial to cold espresso drinks and though there is an option for iced drinks, you have to purchase an add on for cold milk drinks. We will be purchasing that in the future though! I personally think this machine is well worth the price and we'll be using this every day for our morning coffee drinks!
