The heater has a dual function (heating and cooling) which is a plus. I have primarily used the heater so far and it works great. It has a digital thermostat that is accurate and the timer is a nice feature. The washable filter is a nice feature as well. The unit has multiple settings including an ECO mode and 2 heating/cooling settings with a quiet motor. It can be set to rotate 90 degrees to cool or heat a wider area. The remote control works well and can be used up to at least 30 feet away. I have not found any issues. I recommend the unit for medium-size rooms for persons looking for a solid heater that looks well and is quiet. The thin and tall characteristics of the unit make it space-saving and, with having pets, the auto-off tip control is essential in my household. I found it on sale and never have regretted the purchase since it does cost a few $$ more than some other less versatile products.

Great stylish heater. Good quality materials. Quiet and efficient. Scheduled start and shutoff feature really useful. Only complaint is that it only displays the set temp and not the current temperature it's reading.

OK where do I start, yes the design. slim space saving design allows easy storage, temperature control (self explanatory), eco temperature so device will conserve energy, self shutdown and self start when temperature is reached or need to start again works perfect, rotation spreads heat very well, never overheats like other heaters, self start and shut off settings amazing features so I come home or wake up to a warm room. Only criticism is timer isn't accessible by remote and when unplugged settings are lost, also only on timer or off timer can only be set one at a time. should be able to have both.

Purchased the Heater for basement room. Works very well, heating quickly and quietly. If there's a chill, this heater clears the chill out. Nice product.

Performs exactly as advertised. The delayed timer is a fantastic feature. Heats right away.

It's packs a lot of power for a small room heater, and the design is nice too.

Heater works great and can easily be moved from room to room. We are anxious to try the timer to have it come on right before we get up in the morning.

I've been using this heater for over 2 weeks now. The features are good and the remote works well. My favorite feature so far is the thermostat that automatically controls the room temperature. It has a nice illuminated display that's always on by default and shows thermostat preset temperature (the digits are big and can be read from distance). Once the unit is turned on and set, it remembers its settings and turns on again to the same ones. But if you unplug it, you have to go through the fan-only, then the freeze protection mode before you reach the first heat mode. I guess that's supposed to be protection against your kid turning it on when the device is sitting right next to the drapes. The handle is a little shallow, so you have to be careful when carrying the device not to thoughtlessly lose your grip. But all-in-all, a very attractive, relatively quiet heater that heats up my room in minutes. Satisfied and happy with my purchase and highly recommend it.

Excellent heater, quality construction. Nice remote with all features/settings adjustable from afar. This is a powerhouse heater. I returned a bionaire for this agree it kept clicking.... This was similarly priced and is much better

This heater is perfect, heat very well and is quiet.

I bought this mainly for the dual mode fan only option and heater mode. This product works as advertised, Dual heat modes and timer, low temp features works fine. The fan on the other hand is not that powerful. you can barely feel any air if your are just about 5 ft away. Or else this can be a 5 star product.

I got this heater for a one bedroom apartment, and it can easily heat the whole place on its own if you give it a while. It's really simple to use. The only thing I don't really like is that you can apparently only set it to cut on or off at a certain time, not both. Plus the air filter is literally only a porous piece of foam. The led display can be kind of bright at night too, but not so much that you can't ignore it. Other than that, it puts off a lot of heat, oscillates well, has a good internal thermostat, a remote that works well if you're anywhere near it, a tip over feature that works, a front grill that's never too hot to touch, and the timer features that make it a great little heater. I got mine on sale, so for what I paid, it was well worth it.

This was purchased as a gift for a new home. She loves it, says it does a really good job keeping her "toasty".

Heats 12x15 room easily; plenty of functions; and saves space.

Nice heater. I like the overheat and tip over feature. Maintains the temperature selected and the rotating feature is great to spread the heat.

This is the best heater ever purchased. Heats a 200 Sq feet room in 2 minutes. Love the remote and thermostat feature.

I haven't had an opportunity to use this as the weather has changed and hope to use this later this year. However, I bought this based on the other positive reviews and the fact that this has a remote and oscillation capability.

A good product. Does the job well. Decent price. Heats up a room pretty quickly (my room is about 12X15 ft.) Con: the timer button is missing on the remote!

I purchased this unit to supplement the heating for a guest room and it performs very well in that capacity however, I do not think this unit is capable of performing as a stand alone, essentially maintaining a comfortable room temperature on it's own but again that was not the intent of my purchase.

It has been a wet cold winter for Arizona desert, and this heater returns the summer to my room, consistent with no problems nor malfunctions.
