This movie was on the TV in the breakroom at work last week and of course it was all bleeped out and cut apart to be on regular tv and it hit me like a bag of rocks that I could NOT believe i have not seen this movie in a very long time OR had it in my movie collection so i quickly bought the bluray and watching it again was so much fun. Think I got it for 4.99 too. Not bad. I remember this guy in college when this first came out did his hair like Snipes in the movie. lol.

Favorite past time movie. Wesley at his best, fun time

Sometimes you just want to enjoy one of those over the top 90's style action movies... For me, this is one of those movies that I have to revisit once a year to fill that need. Comedy, action, that nostalgic late 80's - early 90's music and sound effects... If you're also a fan of these type of movie and have not yet seen this then it is for sure worth the buy. It will leave you trying to figure out just how the heck those 3 sea shells work... for the rest of your life.

Stallone is a cop named John Spartan, nick named the Demolition Man because a lot of stuff gets destroyed before he gets his man. He gets framed by Wesley Snipe's character, Simon Phoenix and they both end up going into deep freeze. When Simon Phoenix escapes 36 years later into a peaceful, dystopian society, he starts his murderous rampage all over. It is decided to awaken John Spartan to capture him, since he was able to catch him before.

Sylvester Stallone and Wesley Snipes star in this terribly underrated movie of all time! The is a great movie that was made 15 years too early! If they made this movie in 2022 it would be #1 at the Box Office! The story is great and both Stallone and especially Wesley are great as they fight each other.

This movie is filled with 80's action quips and explosions. Definitely worth a watch. Not one of my favorite Stallone or Snipes movies, but definitely deserves a spot in the collection.

Can you believe it's been 25 years? Even after all this time, it's still very entertaining to watch. Although the actual story and action are straight-up 90's popcorn style, and not very good, they are easy to consume and sometimes that's what the doctor ordered. The cast is great (especially Sandra Bullock) and the acting is mostly good. I highly recommend it to new watchers. My son, who's 17, loved it. Also, it's interesting that this suffers from the Back to the Future syndrome where you chuckle about the idea of the future in the past. Highly recommended!

A fun movie if you don't take it seriously. A blonde Wesley Snipes and a cute Sandra Bullock costar in this futuristic movie that has banished violence. Stallone is Stallone in this and we find out that Taco Bell won the fast food wars (product placement). Of course Taco Bell is fine dining in the future is a prime example of an oxymoron. Haha. Overall I enjoyed this movie, if you like Stallone action flicks, you will like this one.

Demolition Man is a classic representation of 90's action cinema with some sci-fi twists. Still from the age of limited digital effects, practical action set pieces abound, and the audio range takes full advantage of this. Video is finest release to date, though not reference material. Sadly, outside of decent audio commentary, there's nothing to add here -- begs for a special edition package, and future 4K release.

This a classic movie that has gotten way better over time. Like wine. It was good when I first saw it as a kid, but now as an adult, it has gotten even much better. A bunch of people say that it predicted so many things from now, which is pretty accurate. 4.5 stars.

I’ve been looking for a BluRay version of this for a while. It’s very funny, and there are aspects that look really present to people today (such as control of language). It may seem like a silly actioner, and it is, but it’s also a good flick that you should see at least once.

I highly enjoyed this futurist movie with Sly Stallion, Wesley Snipes and Sandra Bullock! I have on a Standard DVD, however decided to upgrade to Blu-ray! Buying from Best Buy was fast and easy with a great price! Having on Blu-ray I can now enjoy a HD picture with DTS 5.1 audio sound! Highly recommend!

This is a great early 90's action movie with Stallone and Snipes in their prime. Sure it's a little dated, but that's why you should love it so. Blu-ray upgrade is much better for that era of movies.

This is a great movie to watch in the pandemic climate, with so many cultural connections. Some of the movie's politics are regressive, but I don't think the audience is supposed to admire any of the characters. Demolition Man is fun sci-fi and features one of Sandra Bullock's underrated performances.
