It is a little more challenging to get the charging end to stay in place when attached to the Surface charging port. So I try to get it set and not move it until it completes the charge.

Absolute Garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It fried a Surface Model 1514. The blue LED pulsates when it should be constant. I saw a perfectly functioning Microsoft Surface and then it went pitch black and dead after connecting the piece of junk adapter. When you connect voltmeter, voltage constantly fluctuates as if the transformer blew or something. The genuine adapter outputs 12V. Beware!

this charger worked for about a day.

This one worked for maybe 2 days. I don't see any external damage. I think I should expect a $25 dollar charger to work. Going to return it.
