Didn't fit the computer I bought it for.

This one was supposed to fit my make and model. In reality the cord did not fit despite the item description assurances that this was the proper replacement. Best Buy staff immediately accepted the return and process the refund. I suggest when buying replacement chargers for Dell computers, you bring the laptop into the store to verify proper fit and reduce aggravation.
