Actually I would give it zero stars. The Dell comptability information was incorrect on the Best Buy site. I bought this open boxed so this must have happened to at least one other customer. Instead of fixing it they packaged it up and sold to another sucker :-)

It would've been rated no stars because had to return product since I couldn't use it--- so 1 star for I don't know.; Since I wouldn't know if it would have worked for what I needed. Rated for quality and value because the item didn't look defective and the price was good.

I ordered this for a Dell laptop. It was nowhere near what I expected, which was an adapter/charger that WORKED. Piece of junk.
